I've spent over twenty years in property, building a career around one principle: extracting genuine, lasting value from assets.
My experience spans commercial, residential, and mixed-use portfolios worth many millions of pounds, and I've consistently delivered growth through strategic investment, hands-on regeneration, and getting the operational basics right.
Experience & Track Record
I've led large-scale refurbishment programmes and new build developments from start to finish, always with an eye on both immediate returns and long-term portfolio health.
Some results I'm proud of: growing portfolio values by 35% through targeted acquisitions and regeneration, cutting maintenance and utility costs through practical sustainability measures, and advising boards on risk, compliance, and investment strategy.
I've also led teams of more than 200 people, and I take real satisfaction in developing individuals and building cultures where accountability matters.

Philosophy
I believe property education should come from people still doing the work, not those who have moved on to selling courses. I remain actively involved in buying, developing, and managing property, and everything here is grounded in that ongoing experience.
